Our professional development services include coaching sessions, workshops, and personalized training programs. Details of each service are provided on our website. All schedules, fees, and materials are subject to change with notice.
5. Information Products
Information products include digital courses, e-books, and downloadable materials. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use.
6. Physical Goods
Physical goods refer to any merchandise, printed materials, or kits sold through our site. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by our shipping partner.
7. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
7.1 Services
Due to the preparatory work involved, fees for services are non-refundable. You may request to transfer your enrollment to another available session at no extra charge if you notify us at least five business days before the start date. To initiate a transfer, please use our Contact Form.
7.2 Information Products
If you purchase a digital course or downloadable material, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. To request a refund, please use our Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
7.3 Physical Goods
You may return physical goods within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To arrange a return, please use our Contact Form. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund via the original purchase channel within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7.4 Processing of Refunds
We issue refunds using the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, we will offer account credit valid for one year from the date of issuance. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
